Three Simple And Free Things That Help Your Body And Mind Evolve

I am the kind of person that loves to develop new skills, but also has a busy schedule.

Recently, I have discovered 3 self-development, free things I could do at home which do not take more than 10 minutes each.

Write with your secondary hand

The first piece of advice is to write with your secondary hand. You can read the science behind it, but, long story short, this will make your brain function better.

I practice handwriting with my left hand when I have 10 minutes to waste or eat soup with the hand I don’t use that much.

Write about the things that interest you

Writing on platforms or Social Media is free and, if done properly, it helps you develop new skills.

Use writing to sharpen your mind and to express your ideas to a wider public. Don’t just waste time on Zuckerberg apps, express your opinions instead.

Try Yoga at home

Another thing you could do at home to gain new skills is to practice yoga. Find a yoga trainer on YouTube and do what he does.

There are a lot of trainers that have materials for starters, so this should not be difficult to do.

Why waste time and not increase skills for free, at your home, instead?
